Current storefront scope

These pages describe the current storefront ordering, payment, shipping, refund, and support procedures.

By using the site or placing an order, you confirm that you will review the current policy, payment, shipping, and support details before checkout.

Orders and payment

• Orders are submitted through the storefront and are reviewed based on the information provided at checkout.
• Orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is confirmed and any required order checks are completed.
• If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, contact support as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping

• We currently ship within Canada only.
• Our ship-out goal is within 24 hours, excluding holidays and higher-volume periods.
• Transit estimates for Canada Post services are targets only and may vary after dispatch.

Returns, cancellations, and refund requests

• We do not accept returns.
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.
• Change, cancellation, and refund requests should be sent to support with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
• If the issue relates to a shipment or delivered item, include photos when they help show the problem.

Customer information

• We collect the customer information needed to process orders, communicate about an order, provide support, and maintain order records.
• This may include your name, email address, phone number, shipping details, billing details, and order notes submitted through checkout.
• We use this information only for store operations and order handling based on the data currently collected through the storefront.

Cookies and site data

• MaplePep.ca stores cookies and similar browser data to keep the storefront working properly.
• These files may be used to remember your cart, language preference, checkout progress, and other basic storefront settings.
• If you disable or clear cookies, some parts of the storefront may not work as expected.
