Current storefront scope

These pages describe the current storefront ordering, payment, shipping, refund, and support procedures.

Orders and payment

  • Orders are submitted through the storefront and are reviewed based on the information provided at checkout.
  • Orders are prepared for fulfillment after payment is confirmed and any required order checks are completed.
  • If you need to change or cancel an order before it ships, contact support as soon as possible with your order number.

Shipping

  • We currently ship within Canada only.
  • Our ship-out goal is within 24 hours, excluding holidays and higher-volume periods.
  • Transit estimates for Canada Post services are targets only and may vary after dispatch.

Returns, cancellations, and refund requests

  • We do not accept returns.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case.
  • Change, cancellation, and refund requests should be sent to support with your order number and a clear description of the issue.
  • If the issue relates to a shipment or delivered item, include photos when they help show the problem.
