- Canada Post Regular Parcel: $10 shipping. Free shipping over $150. ETA 3-10 business days.
- Canada Post XpressPost: $20, ETA 1-2 business days.
- Canada Post Priority: $40, ETA next day.
- Returns: We do not accept returns.
- Refunds: Refunds are not guaranteed, but we can review requests on a case-by-case basis.
- Restocking fee: No restocking fee.
- Order changes or cancellations: Requests before shipment are reviewed case-by-case.

Shipping
Every shipment leaving MaplePep.ca is prepared individually to help ensure your order is packed correctly and dispatched in good condition.
While we aim for a 24-hour ship-out time, timing may vary around holidays or during higher-volume periods. Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed. If you have a time-sensitive delivery need, contact support with your order details and destination so we can confirm expectations.
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns. Please do not send a shipment back unless support gives you written instructions.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed case-by-case. Requests to change or cancel an order before shipment are also handled case-by-case. We do not charge a restocking fee.
If there is a shipping issue or order problem, contact support promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when they help show the problem.
How to request help
- Email support with your order number and the name used on the order.
- Explain whether the request is a shipping issue, cancellation request, or refund review.
- Include photos if the parcel or delivered item shows visible damage or an obvious issue.
